Operator's Consoles
Plasma Technologies’ operator's consoles have customized control functions. They can be configured for up to 12 oxy-fuel torches and up to four plasma torches and marker functions. The operator’s console is a small box with the control switches and readouts and the main wiring goes to a rear-mounted control/drive box. This keeps the large volume of wires in the rear and out of the way of the torches. All of our consoles are meticulously hand wired and tested, which means if you break a $10 switch that’s all you need to replace rather than the pricey PC boards of others.
Our operator's consoles have mounting hole-drilling guides for Hypertherm Automation, Creonics Grumman-Northrop and CMC-Burny CNC Controls.
Eliminates most of the wiring to the front panel. This keeps major components out of the hottest part of the machine, and reducing the possibility for heat damage to the cables.
